Product overview

BLINDSAVE knee pads with hard padding have the best manoeuvrability any knee pads can offer. The insertable paddings are only 1.5 cm thick so you are very close to ground and your knee isn’t sinking in them if there is no impact. The density of these knee pads is just so perfectly balanced that they provide all the protection you might need to have as a goalie and prevents from hurting moments in any situation during the game. Also, to insure continual protection, the knee padding is changeable. Because of constant use of your knees, they are an integral part of the game. Goalies usually feel they need new pads every 6-8 months. Instead of buying completely new knee pads, the durability of our product will ensure that all you will have to do is change the inside padding and it will be as if you have brand new pads.

BLINDSAVE knee pads are made from the special in medicine used material that provides a high comfort level with a specialized orthopaedic effect. This material can help absorb some of the shock of an otherwise painful fall. Additionally, this specialized material keeps your muscles warm and therefore aids in avoiding injury to your ligaments. It is very flexible in order to allow for easier movement. Goalies should be more concerned with keeping the ball out of the goal than to worrying about what their knee pads will allow them to do.

Another excellent feature of BLINDSAVE knee pads is the specialized design that keeps the pads from slipping down your leg. Our pads are taller and have added straps to create a product that ensures better holding capabilities during even the most physically vigorous moments of the game. The total weight of one pair is only 640 grams!

Advantages of BLINDSAVE knee pads:

  • Hard padding - provides higher level of manoeuvrability while still giving you full protection.
  • Orthopaedic material – keeps muscles warm, is comfortable enough for on-skin contact and is very flexible to allow freedom of movement.
  • Changeable padding – after a while you don’t have to buy new knee pads, just change the padding and continue to use them in the same comfort level as it was in the first day.
  • Perfect holding – special design doesn’t allow the pads to slide down knee with even the most intensive movements

High level of comfort for your knees and perfect fitting for lateral movements
The Blindsave knee pads with the hard paddings were my first Blindsave product. The pads offer a high level of comfort: despite of being advertised as "hard paddings", it feels like kneeing on a pillow! My knees don't hurt after practice/game even when we practice on a hard underground. The pads are large, so you can adjust them to your own comfort (put them higher up or lower down). First, the pads began to slip down, but I started using additional velcro straps from ice hockey to fix the pads very tight to my thighs. I really appreciate is the soft neoprene-like cover which does not hurt rub on my knee pit and thighs like my previous paddings. Another advantage are the different sizes: because the circumference of my upper legs is pretty big the "one size fits all" option of many other brands are way to small for me. The XL-size offers the level of comfort and fitting I need. The perfect fittings allows me quick lateral movements and I will not slip in my paddins. This definately will help me making saves. I also bought the soft paddings. Both, hard and soft paddings, fit into the same "neoprene shell". On hard undergrounds I prefer the hard paddings, on a modern well sprung floor I use the soft ones. All-in-all I use the hard paddings more often.
